It takes around 3-7 days for you shoe to arrive at your door once your order has shipped in the US. It can take 7-16 days for your order to arrive at your door Internatioanlly

Every Shoe is customized by hand upon order. Your order is unique to you (size and style). All sales for custom shoes are final, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges as every shoe is made to order.

If you wish to make a change in the size or design ordered, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
